Why it can't be automatically credited to the members account on retirement like gratuity etc., or like FDs getting automatically credited to account? Why so much hazzle to get one's own money and the trouble?

@DTDCIndia After reading all worst experiences posted on this page and my own , I conclude that DTDC is very disappointing & irresponsible service. There's no commitment to the customer. I will never ever trust & use DTDC service.

@DTDCIndia worst service. Parcel contg urgent documents sent on 5.8.2025 supposed to be delivered by 9.8.2025, delivered after 8 days on 13.8.2025. I am upset&dissatisfied because of the delay as it was urgent & since they said delivery by 9th, I trusted and sent through DTDC.
