@bandq_help we purchased a Keter 1200l storage from Stockport B&Q on sale as no instructions or packaging. The door however is broken and we've only realised now it's mostly built. Do we have to take the whole thing apart again to get a refund or can the door be replaced please?

@BandQ Found the advertising for this very misleading and T&C's very difficult to find when I was told my white paint wasn't included today. Seems like a lot of people have been caught out. Smart marketing but equally pissing a lot of people off who are spending their money with you.
