At @Keysight, we take quantum seriously. Our @Riscure is working on PQC validation and hardware-security testing to prepare for the post-quantum era. In parallel, our @KeysightQ team supports customers in developing quantum key distribution (QKD) hardware solutions.
When I go to public talks, I get asked the same question:
โWhat happens to ๐ช๐๐ข๐ญ๐๐จ๐ข๐ง whenย โ๏ธ๐๐ฎ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฎ๐ฆ ๐๐จ๐ฆ๐ฉ๐ฎ๐ญ๐๐ซ๐ฌ arrive?โ The Federal Reserve Board just published a paper in last week addressing that.

In the classical era, static coins were considered a stabilizing factor for Bitcoinโs scarcity. In the quantum era, they could turn into vulnerabilities. Thatโs why thinking about security ahead of time matters, once the quantum era begins, itโs late to patch the past.
Today, @Keysight announced the delivery of a 1,000โqubit control system โ ๐๐ก๐ ๐ฐ๐จ๐ซ๐ฅ๐โ๐ฌ ๐ฅ๐๐ซ๐ ๐๐ฌ๐ญย ๐๐จ๐ฆ๐ฆ๐๐ซ๐๐ข๐๐ฅ ๐ช๐ฎ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฎ๐ฆ ๐๐จ๐ง๐ญ๐ซ๐จ๐ฅ ๐ฉ๐ฅ๐๐ญ๐๐จ๐ซ๐ฆ.
๐ Proud to be part of a team at @Keysight . We are honored to provide solution to the newly developed 256-qubit quantum computer at the @riken_en-@Fujitsu_Global in Japan. https://t.co/jILGpwZNPs
Are you curious how to control the transition frequency of your superconducting qubit accurately using magnetic flux? This is useful in many experiments performed with superconducting circuits, e.g. in quantum computation, or when using qubits as sensors for electromagnetic radiation. In the new manuscript "Calibrating Magnetic Flux Control in Superconducting Circuits by Compensating Distortions on Time Scales from Nanoseconds up to Tens of Microseconds" we document the methods which we use in our @qudev Lab (@ETHQuantumCntr, @ETH_physics) and at the @ETH_en Zรผrich - @psich_en Paul Scherrer Institut #Quantum Computing Hub.
Read the @arxiv abstract here https://t.co/TDuOSK7OrC or directly download the manuscript here https://t.co/ymVTgBbnCO.
The work was done by Christoph Hellings, @NathanLacroix, @AntsRemm, Richard Boell, Johannes Herrmann, Stefania Lazar, @SebKrinner, @FrancoisSwiadek, Christian Kraglund Andersen, @eichler__chris, @AndreasAtETH and supported by @IARPAnews , the @snsf_ch, and the @ETHFoundation1 .
I am pleased to announce that an early-access preview of the upgraded IBM Quantum Platform is now available. The upgraded introduces several critical new capabilities (see https://t.co/IzZzVgewJt)
At Microsoft Quantum we are racing to build the first utility-scale quantum computer based on topological qubits (https://t.co/Ql0QqE2dEc). We are also working very closely with our partners to bring their quantum computer technology to life sooner in the Microsoft Quantum platform.
Iโm hiring people who want to accelerate the timeline to a useful quantum computer, no matter the technology. And Iโm excited to post the first positions below. Please consider applying. We will eventually be hiring across the stack (qubits - both theory and experiment, quantum plane architecture, control and readout, hardware integration and component development, and software), so even if you donโt see yourself explicitly in the descriptions below, get in touch. This is your opportunity to be part of a team thatโs cutting the line to the first useful quantum computer.
We have an amazing team of people at Microsoft Quantum. Join us.

@saesunkim At this time, there are no planned changes to the #APSSummit25 schedule. We are keeping a close eye on the situation in and around Anaheim, along with nearby airports, and will provide updates as needed.
