@ravihanda Will use service lift. Shouldn’t expect everyone is trained. My 5 year old daughter react in the same way how the first girl reacted. It’s not that easy for others. Not sure about the dog, but I am sure that the pet owner missing empathy and training.

It’s the duty of the local administration to make sure the buildings and the hotels follow the norms and are properly functioning as per permitted regulation.
