Complaint registered on the app is closed by marking 'rectified', without actually restoring the power. An immediate feedback mechanism would help to check on the closure

@DealsDhamaka It sounds cool, however, now every NFC phone can secretly act as a POS. In a crowded bus, what if a stranger taps your pocket and money is gone 😅
I understand there are RFID protection wallets. But, tracing fraud isn't easy when any NFC phone can charge your card
I see a risk🤔

@ap_epdcl Why there is a frequent power outage? This wasn't the case even during the peak summer an year ago! Kindly have a proper plan and ensure uninterrupted power supply. Frequent outages are really bothersome. @prudhvitej157

And in case a VB is run via BVRM, I felt giving access to two main cities like VSP & SC is better and also occupancy will not be an issue. That's all
