@UK_CAA another week of no answers no time scales and there is nothing we can do about it. Someone in charge needs to grow some balls and take charge off this shambles. Give people some proper correspondence and time scales. No good ur team sending off copy and past replies!!!!!

@UK_CAA When calling no one will tell u direct answers all we want it for someone to look at out bookings and say yes or not it’s that easy. Sat waiting constantly for a update and a decent one and it’s not happening
