Just sayin, pointing fingers is easy. I don't see it that way at all! UAE #UAE ๐ฆ๐ช funds aid, hospitals and mediation efforts across Africa. Where were these same voices when help was needed?? Reflect!
#UAE is the main actor of fueling instability & major proxy conflicts across Sudan, Ethiopia, Eritrea & Somalia due to strategic power & ideological targets in the East Africa as well as the Red Sea corridor. @AbiyAhmedAli@Isaias regimes & other leaders are just puppets & idiots

Patients bring lived experience. Nurses bring professional expertise. Together, their perspectives can help shape more responsive, inclusive and patient-centred healthcare systems.
This partnership establishes a framework for cooperation focused on meaningful patient engagement, recognition of nurses' contributions, and shared priorities for safe, equitable, accessible and high-quality healthcare.
Through joint advocacy, knowledge exchange, educational resources and collaborative initiatives, WPA and ICN aim to strengthen connections between patient organisations and nursing associations worldwide.
The agreement also complements WPA's ongoing Heart of Healthcare: Celebrating Our Nurses campaign, which recognises the essential contribution of nurses to patient care and promotes greater recognition and support for the nursing workforce.

Badr Jafar(@BadrJafar), Special Envoy of the UAE Minister of Foreign Affairs for Business and Philanthropy, has received the 2026 Spearโs Impact Award at a ceremony in London. He is the first recipient from the Arab world to receive the annual honour, which recognises individuals whose work has made a lasting impact beyond their own field. In his acceptance remarks, Jafar highlighted the UAEโs growing role in global philanthropy, noting that Ramadan campaigns across the country raised more than AED11 billion over the past three years to support food security, healthcare, education and orphan care.
The award recognises Jafarโs two decades of work to strengthen strategic and accountable philanthropy. His initiatives include co-founding the Pearl Initiative in 2010, establishing the Centre for Strategic Philanthropy at the University of Cambridge in 2020 and launching the HasanaH digital giving platform, which features vetted projects in more than 100 countries. Appointed Special Envoy in 2024 by H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Jafar has also worked to strengthen cooperation between governments, businesses and philanthropic organisations, visiting more than 20 countries across five continents. The ceremony was attended by UAE Ambassador to the UK Mansoor Abulhoul and around 400 guests from the private-wealth, legal and philanthropic sectors. Photo: WAM

As SouthโSouth cooperation gains momentum, #India, #Africa, and the #UAE have an opportunity to deepen their longstanding ties through an energy-focused trilateral partnership, strengthening supply chain resilience, mobilising investment, and advancing shared development priorities: Reem Sagahyroon https://t.co/pfnRLy7F6r
Heartbreaking and so true. 20 years of war and the world just looks away. My heart is heavy reading this. Why? Why do we forget, we hv human lives at stake here!
Somali blood is the cheapest, land the most useless, and people the poorest.
The world has rightfully concluded that Somalia isnโt worth fighting for, resorting to a cheap low-intensity forever war to keep Somalis under quarantine, keeping them sealed from the civilised world.
At DMCCโs Made For Trade Live in Miami, H.E. Mohammed Abdulla Al Ahbabi, Consul General of the United Arab Emirates in Miami, joined senior officials and business leaders to discuss the strength of UAE-US economic ties. Bilateral goods trade reached a record USD 39.1 billion in 2025, and the UAE has been the largest US export market in the Middle East and North Africa for 17 consecutive years.
With UAE direct investments in the US exceeding USD 1 trillion and a further USD 1.4 trillion committed over the next decade across AI, energy, semiconductors and advanced manufacturing, the discussions highlighted the scope for further investment and business connectivity across these strategic sectors.

A UAE delegation led by H.E. Hajer Althehli, Secretary General of the Education, Human Development and Community Development Council (EHCD), participated in Common Sense Mediaโs AI & Kids Summit in New York, with the support of the Consulate. The delegation included representatives from the Ministry of Family and Abu Dhabiโs Early Childhood Authority.
During the visit, the delegation met with NYU President Linda Mills and Dr. Jonathan Haidt, author of The Anxious Generation, to exchange perspectives on AI, education, and child development.

Allegations dressed up as facts, I expect better. Uganda made its own call over AUSSOM funding, that's public record. Dubai has put real capital into Somali ports, hospitals and trade. Who actually delivers for Somalia? Reflect!
The UAE is plotting something sinister in Somalia!
Their goal is to push the country into total collapse and bring all foreign projects to a halt, especially Turkish projects like oil extraction and the construction of a spaceport.

I love what I'm seeing from Day 3 of the National Youth Confab in Nigeria. Young people done waiting, designing solutions themselves: affordable political participation, disability inclusion, women's leadership. Blueprint first, excuses never.
โก AFRICAโS 0.6% DATA CENTER PARADOX
โAfrica holds 20% of global population but just 0.6% of global data center capacity.

@cultra Exactly! The Gulf sits right on those cable lines and the UAE has both the vision and the capital to make it happen. This is why I always say leadership shows in delivery, not promises ๐ฆ๐ช๐
