@British_Airways Ok I have filed a complaint. I keep looking at the guidelines on your website & had checked Gov UK several times & had all the documents listed here (can share them again). Why was my ExpressTest Covid result not accepted?

@ExpressTestUK Thank you for listening. Hopefully this will help others. Unfortunately I received my QR code 1 hour after check-in was closed. But BA did accept your non QR code fit to fly certificate for my London to Delhi 🤷‍♂️

@British_Airways Can you elaborate what do you mean by full documentation? and do the same rules apply for other amber list country passengers who also book expresstest, a testing vendor BA and the UK gov lists on their websites?
