Every Hindu temple should allow only Hindus into the temple.

If anyone else wants to enter, there should be a written declaration by those who want to enter by assuring that they'll follow the traditions of the temple and they'll not hurt the sentiments of Hindus.

Traditions of the temple include traditional dressing, bottu (tika), not throwing prasadam, or not commit any action which is against the shastras.
