Dear @HNarwekar @mybmcWardA , For years this has been the only way to cross from Mehr Dad to President. You have not bothered to widen and flatten the crossing but made a fountain from which water splatters all over the road. Do you plan to correct this please? Cc @rahulnarwekar

@MNarwekar @mybmcWardA Hi, can you please remove part of the dividers to widen this crossover before the rains. Seniors crossing from CP metro to the buildings on the other side are at risk because the slope is steep and narrow. Please remove the fountain too. Thank you cc @AshwiniBhide @mybmc

This app is designed not to accept complaints. Number was trfd from MTNL to BSNL.I have got 3 bills altho since April, both fiber and landline are down. How & to whom do we complain

I have been billed for 3 months without a working connection. Now in barely 3 weeks the FTTH goes down and there is no way to complain.

@HNarwekar , please pay a visit to the Suvidha centre. U'stand they charged on per price basis& not weight which is silly esp as one family's clothes are washed in one machine . ₹84/10 clothes is too high. A good community project should not go waste.

How do you assess the customer service approach of a company? Call their IVR. If it's @airtelindia , you get to listen to your plan and bill info for 2 mins when you dial 121. Never mind that you've paid your dues a week prior to due date and still have a suspension of service!

With respect to my previous post on Agara Yoga Narasimha temple below, One good news to share!

Villagers of Agara (Yelandur Taluk, Chamarajanagar) informed today with great joy that State Archaeology has approved the restoration work of Agara Yoga Narasimha Temple. Officials even visited today and met villagers to begin with the Kalakarshaney process. 🙏

The excitement of locals has filled me with joy.

I thank and request @osd_cmkarnataka , State Archaeology, Muzrai Dept & Chamarajanagar DC office to extend all support — financial, technical & manpower — to ensure this sacred restoration is completed on time & with high quality as this is very rare temple in terms of structure and idol .

Also request @KarnatakaWorld @IndiaTourismBa2 to bring visibility to this ancient heritage gem located just beside the busy National Highway.

Another problem is with @Cityflo_India and @chaloapp buses on both sides of the WTC road. Why can't @myBESTBus charge a parking fee and have all these buses remain at the Backbay depot till they have to reach the WTC bus stop? Thank You.

Dear @HNarwekar , @CPRA_Mumbai and @TajHotels . Hotel President has contracted @myBESTBus at the junction of GDS bylane towards BVM every evening. Half the staff are on the road even as the bus blocks pedestrian and road traffic. Why can't the bus be parked within the hotel ?
