Not one of those heads expressed condolences when an employee died or committed suicide due to workplace pressure. But the moment government gave a whip, they all started singing the same tune. For government, it’s an all-out push to contain the fallout from #BankStrike

The hypocrisy of the banking system knows no bounds!

Today, social media handles of banks across the country are flooded with so-called emotional appeals, urging employees not to go on strike.

But where were these emotional appeals when bankers were working late hours, facing relentless target pressure, working on holidays, and enduring abusive late-night review meetings❓

Where was the concern for those who lost their lives while returning home after exhausting hours of work❓

Had even a fraction of this emotional concern been shown for the pain and suffering of bank employees, it would have meant so much.

Apparently, the script from above was so emotional that MDs and CEOs suddenly rediscovered their patriotism and became deeply concerned about the inconvenience faced by the public.

But the pain of their own employees❓Neither seen nor heard.

When it comes to public inconvenience, emotions are awakened overnight. When it comes to employees’ suffering, there is only silence.

Hypocrisy has its limits.

सभी बैंकों के सोशल मीडिया हैंडल्स पर आज so called भावनात्मक अपील की गई है कर्मचारियों से जिसमें उन्हें हड़ताल पर ना जाने की रिक्वेस्ट की गई है.

लेट सिटिंग, टारगेट के प्रेशर, छुट्टियों के दिन काम करने और देर रात तक चलती रिव्यू मीटिंग में गालियाँ खा कर, लौटते वक्त मर जाने वाले बैंक कर्मियों के लिए काश कभी इन सोशल मीडिया हैंडल्स से एक भावनात्मक पोस्ट आ गई होती तो क्या ही बात होती..

इतनी अच्छी स्क्रिप्ट आई है ऊपर से की पढ़ते ही सारे MD CEO लोग एकदम से भावुक हो गये और देशप्रेम जाग गया. लोगों को होने वाली असुविधा की पीड़ा ने, उन्हें परेशान कर दिया.

परन्तु अपने ही कर्मचारियों का दर्द ना तो दिखाई दिया, और ना ही सुनाई दिया.

Hypocrisy की भी एक सीमा होती है 🙏
