@LNER travelled on the 0957 York to London Kings X first class this morning. Dreadful cold/hard bacon bun and barely warm coffee. Appalling standard, would have been better at the buffet !

@McDonaldsUK visited Teesside Park branch with Grandchildren today (their preference) filthy blocked toilets, floors, tables. Absolute disgrace. No staff to report to either. Never again. I should know better.

Parcelforce, I tracked my parcel and found I had missed delivery. No card left or email/message. Tracked today says prepared for delivery. I cannot wait in all day, have a business to run. Why no time slot or notifications?

@directferries you need to get your act together. Been emailing for days to try and rectify an issue due to ferry company rescheduling. Your staff have no grasp of common sense and it is impossible to have a direct conversation with anyone! Fuming!
