Thousands of FMGs faced major difficulties while appearing for the FMGE due to #poor exam facilities, including non-functional fans, lack of proper air conditioning, and inadequate infrastructure.
The FMGE is an 8-hour-long examination, but the biggest concern this session was the #drastic increase in the difficulty level. Instead of remaining a screening test to assess minimum competency, the exam was made more difficult than NEET PG and INI-CET, turning it into a highly competitive examination.

As a result, nearly 88% of candidates failed, and the passing percentage dropped to around 12%, one of the lowest in recent sessions.

We #DEMAND an immediate reduction in the FMGE qualifying marks and urge the Government and the authorities to take responsibility for both the poor examination facilities and the sudden, unjustified increase in the exam’s difficulty level.
Dear NEET PG aspirants, remember that if such abrupt changes in the exam pattern can happen in FMGE, the same could happen in NEET PG as well.

The FMGE June 2026 result is out, and the pass percentage has dropped by nearly 50% compared to the last 3–4 years.

NBE has significantly increased the difficulty level of the examination. Not only was the question paper exceptionally tough, but the examination centres and overall testing conditions were also extremely poor.
This is an injustice to Foreign Medical Graduates (FMGs). India needs more doctors, yet even after clearing the FMGE, FMGs are forced to wait for months to begin their internships due to administrative delays.

If the Indian system cannot adequately accommodate FMGs who have successfully cleared the mandatory screening examination, then the government should reconsider its policy on pursuing MBBS abroad. It is unfair to allow students to invest years of their lives and then subject them to endless obstacles at every stage.
The FMGE is meant to be a screening examination, but this time many candidates felt that the paper was even tougher than NEET PG and INI-CET. Delhi CM visits a hospital in Delhi , Scolds a senior Most Doctor and when i opposed this move on social media , The entire IT cell got activated
Abuses , hurls and what not they tried from comments to my inbox which I don’t give a Damn about !

What the CM did was “Public humiliation” by scolding a doctor who is above her age, her education and was performing his duties before she even became the chief minister .

If he interrupted the CM in between it should be communicated in a decent way by requesting him in person and not publicly in front of juniors and cameras .

Will she ever speak life this to her own party leaders ? No . Then how can a doctor who served whole life should accept such behaviour !

Why there is no Patient Feedback Systems / Hospital staff feedback portal to complain directly to govt anonymously and if it is there why the condition of Delhi Hospitals is worst and even basic drugs are lacking most of the time .
She is answerable to all of this !

ublicly disrespecting a senior doctor in front of colleagues and trainees undermines not only an individual, but the integrity of a government hospital’s working environment. Such conduct risks eroding morale, professionalism, and ultimately patient care.

Doctors are highly trained professionals who serve under demanding conditions
they deserve respect, not disparagement.

Those in leadership must uphold dignity and restraint in their interactions. Public office carries responsibility, and conduct must reflect the standards expected of it.

NMC continues to release new & inconsistent guidelines for FMG students—sometimes a 2-year internship, sometimes compensation for online classes. Even after clearing FMGE, internship seats remain scarce. If studying abroad is an accepted pathway, the rules must be stable!
