Sir with respect why selective approach? Why dont you speak on Army . If you cant then have no right ti curse any organisation. As a Veteran we are responsible to bring every wrongs and protest not selective.. Same goes for every Veteran. You are our regimental Officer and senior! Did you notice these abuses!! Any action?? 3 years gone now. Recorded trauma on child and women officer and family of veteran with 21 years of impeccable record of service!! Kise ki Aatma nahee jagee!! For fighting against these wrongs they reduced my pension illegally. And many Veterans with selective approach remain Silent! Dont expect anything but jinke ghar khud sheese ko ho woh dusro par pathar nahee fekte! The present state of women officer when she challanges a LtGen rank officers!

The irony is that he is taking pride in illegally deducting the pension of a brother veteran without any reasoned order and on the basis of two FIRs filed by the same Western Command, out of which one has been dismissed by the CJM and the fabrication in the other can be seen in these videos. Andha Kanoon, a corrupt mindset, and abuse of power can be seen in the second FIR, whereas the victim is my wife, who was allegedly tortured for signatures in the Family Ward of MH Ambala.

Have you ever seen a witness being called without prior information while admitted in a hospital? See her clothes and her traumatised child. This COAS was aware. No action.

The second video of Col RM Tripathi, 9 PARA (speaking to me on the phone), clearly sh9ows him abusing the eyewitness soldier and me at the District Court, Ambala. The voluntary admission by the soldier about the ordeal that happened at Military Hospital Ambala is also on record.

Was the COAS fair? No, he was not, because if an inquiry had been ordered, it was obvious that the character and military reputation of many General rank officers involved would have affected their promotions.

Who are they?

Lt Gen Rajesh Pushkar (well-connected politically and allegedly influential over Ambala Police Station and Military Hospital Ambala for the forceful treatment of Col Annu Dogra while supervising her ill-treatment), now elevated as Southern Army Commander. He was the one who suppressed the direct complaint addressed to him regarding cognizable offences, despite proof.

Next is Lt Gen SP Singh, brother of the present Adjutant General, Lt Gen VP Kaushik, who was responsible for not ordering an ICC Committee and directly assassinating her character. His brother has kept the woman officer under military custody for about 24 months against Army policy, DGAFMS policy, and Army Order 4/2001.

That is the reason none of them has the courage to face the truth. They tried to implicate us and are still trying through intelligence agencies.

Only our death can implement their dirty plans.

These videos, along with other crucial evidence, are still with us and will be produced at the appropriate stage before a court of law.

The aim is to convey one simple question: Where are we heading with such uncontrolled fake cases and fabricated conduct?

Are General rank officers invincible and above accountability?

Feel ashamed. Order Inquiry if one is fair!

A deeply concerning matter from Police Station Malpura, Agra, Uttar Pradesh.

A serving Indian Army Havildar, Havildar Diwan Singh, presently serving in Army has alleged that while he is serving the nation, his family is being harassed over a land dispute in Village Nagla Bhuriya, P.S. Malpura, Agra.

According to his representation, on 28 June 2026, SHO Rajendra Singh, Police Station Malpura, allegedly called his elderly father Shri Sukhveer Singh to the police station, used abusive language, and threatened to send him to jail. The family further alleges that when Havildar spoke to SHO Rajendra Singh over the phone on 29 June 2026, questioning the alleged abuse of his father, the SHO responded, "I will abuse him. Do whatever you want." If these allegations are true, they warrant an immediate, impartial inquiry.

A soldier guarding India's borders should not have to worry about the safety and dignity of his family back home. We respectfully request the Hon'ble Chief Minister, District Magistrate Agra, Police Commissioner Agra, senior police officers, and revenue authorities to ensure:
• Immediate protection to the soldier's family.
• A fair and lawful demarcation (measurement) of the disputed land.
• An impartial inquiry into the allegations against SHO Rajendra Singh, Police Station Malpura and appropriate action, if warranted.

Knowing the couple for about long 24 years...
Some battles are fought on the borders. Some are fought within institutions. Both demand courage.

Col Annu Dogra chose not to remain silent in the face of adversity. She stood for her dignity, her honour, and the values that every soldier swears to uphold. The path she has walked has been marked by hardship, resistance, and immense personal sacrifice, yet her resolve has remained unbroken.

Beside her stands Col Amit Kumar a soldier, veteran, advocate, and husband fighting not merely for one individual, but for the principles of justice, accountability, and respect that form the foundation of every disciplined force.

Their struggle is not about privilege; it is about truth. It is not about power; it is about justice. It is not about individuals; it is about ensuring that no soldier, especially no woman officer, is denied dignity, fairness, and protection under the law.

They carry the honour of the uniform and the courage of conviction. Through every challenge, they have chosen to stand firm rather than surrender to silence.

Justice delayed cannot become justice denied.
