Medical students do not get the chance to say a proper goodbye to their college lives.
During internship, they get posted in different departments and wards, and the friends who used to spend every moment together now find it hard to meet.

Then come the uncertainties—what’s next after the internship?
Some dream of heading to the US, others try to prepare during internship and even those who just want to enjoy the internship know that the entrance exams are coming..

And then, before you even realize it, the internship ends—quietly, without a farewell, without a moment to pause.
That one last get-together, the chance to relive old memories , just doesn’t happen.
For most, the next reunion is 10 or even 20 years down the line.

You end up missing the campus, the friendships, and that phase of life forever.
Every doctor should get the chance to say a proper goodbye—but sadly, it rarely works out that way.

📍Fighting for Sixth Schedule for last 4 years. Sonam Wangchuck is 57+ years old. Was he sleeping for the last 53 years?

📍Ladhaki language (its uses Tibetan script) was almost finished off by the Kashmiri Muslims. SW was sleeping then.

📍Ladakh is a bigger than JK, yet it received only 5% electricity. It would experience 18 hours of power cut daily. SW didn’t bother to fight for it then.

📍Movies and theatres in Ladakhi language were stopped. The area would see Kashmiri flags instead of the Indian flag. SW did not feel the need to fight for statehood back then.

📍Says he is an educationist yet never fought against the Mufti /Abdulla governments for building an university in Ladakh.

📍In last 70 years no Ladakhi was made the CM, or given defence, finance, or education ministry ever. SW never thought of raising his voice against this discrimination.

📍There were no medical colleges in Ladakh. Yet Sonam Wangchuck suddenly wakes up four years back, to start activism for tribal rights and Ladakhi rights. For all his 53 years Sonam Wangchuck never noticed the lack of reservations for Ladakhis in the police force, lack of reservations for SC/ST/OBC in Ladakh, lack of tribals in state government jobs.

📍Sonam Wangchuck is lying when he is speaking of saving the environment. The government has categorically stated it will provide green energy to Ladakh.

📍Sonam Wangchuck doesn’t want any industry to function in Ladakh, yet the locals are forced to join the army simply because there are no jobs in Ladakh. He is an engineer himself, yet he doesn’t want others to earn their living the way they want.
