A dentist walked into a cockpit soaked in blood, with seconds to decide what to do next. He chose to save a dying pilot's life.

His name is Dr. Shota Musaev.

On September 30, 2026, Musaev was a passenger aboard flydubai Flight 1073, flying from Dubai to Tel Aviv with his wife, Sigalit.

Somewhere over the desert, the co-pilot turned v!olent, att@cking the flight crew and stabbing Captain Smit Machchhar.

Musaev entered the cockpit in the middle of it.

He helped restrain the att@cker alongside several other passengers.

Then his actual training took over.

He turned to the wounded captain, who'd lost a significant amount of blood, and began treating him on the spot, using whatever he had on hand to keep him stable until the plane could land.

"We knew we had just seconds to act," Musaev said, "before a critical event."

A dentist, trained for exam rooms and filling cavities, suddenly responsible for keeping a bleeding man alive at altitude.

The aircraft made an emergency landing in Saudi Arabia. All 182 people aboard survived.

Captain Machchhar was later confirmed to be in good health and recovering well, care that began the moment Musaev stepped in.

India's Prime Minister Narendra Modi personally praised Machchhar's own composure during the attack, and the broader rescue effort that kept him alive drew international attention within hours.

Passenger Or Pradilov was also among those treated for injuries sustained during the struggle.

A man whose daily work involves routine checkups suddenly found himself holding a stranger's life together mid-flight, with nothing but instinct and a few seconds to work with.

தவறு நடந்த பிறகு விளக்கம் கேட்பது அரசியல் நிர்வாகம் அல்ல. தவறு நடக்காமல் தடுப்பதே நல்ல நிர்வாகம்.

தளபதி ஒரு புதிய அரசியல் இயக்கத்தை உருவாக்குகிறார் என்றால், அந்த இயக்கத்தின் ஒவ்வொரு பிரதிநிதியும் அதற்கேற்ற பொறுப்புடன் செயல்பட வேண்டும்.

பதவி என்பது பொறுப்பு.
MLA என்பது தனிப்பட்ட அடையாளம் அல்ல, மக்கள் வழங்கிய நம்பிக்கையின் பிரதிநிதி.

கட்சியின் நற்பெயரை காப்பது தலைமைக்கு மட்டும் உள்ள பொறுப்பு அல்ல.
ஒவ்வொரு MLA-வின் நடத்தையிலும் அந்தப் பொறுப்பு தெரிந்தாக வேண்டும்.

இனிமேல் “தவறு நடந்ததா?” என்பதற்குப் பதிலாக,
“தவறு நடக்காமல் என்ன அமைப்பு இருக்கிறது?” என்பதே கேள்வியாக இருக்க வேண்டும்.
