It’s a nightmare!!! A complaint was opened a month ago and still no call back? Surely you ant your customers to be happy??!!

No action on my complaint even with a reference and then disgusting service via your customer call centres.
Over 45 mins to then be cut off with no call call back! Still the problem is on going!!!!
@BritishGas once again more time spent on the phone!!! Absolutely shocking service. My 83yr old mother can’t have a engineer visit as she has emergency credit left. What happens when that runs out!! Omg I have just been told that she is not on the vulnerable list!!

Despite phone calls and complaints being made & logged her gas supply issue has still not yet been rectified.. 3 weeks later ?????
@axainsurance 1 hour and 45 minutes on hold and still not getting to speak to someone is an absolute joke. Totally unacceptable form such a well known company!!
