What we are not getting is a clear answer one way or other
@lufthansa Worst experience we have ever had from an airline is lufthansa. Whole flight was cancelled as my wife missed her onward flight (due to a medical emergency) with no communication to us. Customer service only asks us to put complaint.
@lufthansa Are you saying Lufthansa does not want to reissue the ticket and I need to book another ticket with you at my cost?
It is then saying you won't do anything to help? Is it not?
