Today, the Hon'ble SC disposed of Osho International Foundation's Special Leave Petition. They chose to withdraw their application in the light of the recent order (regarding the sale of Osho Ashram Plots) by Hon’ble Joint Charity Commissioner.

पहले OIF ने क्रॉस एग्जामिनेशन कराने के चैरिटी कमिश्नर के आदेश के खिलाफ हाईकोर्ट में अर्जी दाखिल की है। और अब सुप्रीम कोर्ट में अर्जी दाखिल की है।
