@jbarro @stebuu The problem with making specific promises is that Congress is needed to fulfill most things. I’d rather she over deliver small promises rather than under preform in massive promises she can’t deliver without both chambers.

I’m calling it. They probably do something like use a single RNG roll to determine the roll of an entire weapon and that is causing some bizarre mathematical/number shifting bug that nobody noticed.
