Hey @KLM the air tag in my daughter’s bag shows it has been sitting in the same place in FRA for 3 days. The other bag made it to Innsbruck but can you please deliver the one with all her ski clothes and clothes for Christmas? I’ve called several times with no progress.

Hey at @KLM our vacation is almost over and every time I call your staff says there’s nothing they can do but send an email to FRA. Now that you’ve significantly impacted our vacation can you at least get the bag to us before we go home?

@SharpNetwork @OurWorldInData has some fantastic research on this. Even pre-pandemic it was fascinating to see perception vs reality in things like access to clean water or education. People are quick to forget that 100 years ago many in the US had access to neither.

@nickrusso42518 I’ll leave it to you to answer the question about if this is a routing protocol or not. It was always my favorite Cisco Live debate. Hint, ask if they think BGP is a routing protocol or a policy protocol. 😂

@nickrusso42518 We use a device at the city level to track the tower level, the trade off is that everything from the internet goes to that device. It’s real time P.O. Box forwarding.

@gdekhayser It’s an interesting thread but I really think the net of it comes down to a broken protocol fixed with duct tape and chewing gum. Even within Google they can’t get it right. We have a team mailing list with ~60 members in groups and gmail sends it to spam.

Digital services done poorly can be worse than not offering them. @HomeDepot curbside took far longer than going in the store and I had to go in anyway in my last two attempts.

The point being that digital or Omni channel services must execute correctly almost all the time because the customer expectations are benchmarked against the likes of Amazon.
