2. Narengbam Samarjit, claiming to be the Minister of External Affairs and Defence of "Manipur State Council".

Both of these 2 Meitei Separatists declared the "Independence of Manipur from India" in London on the 29th of October 2019. They were speaking on behalf of the ‘Maharaja of Manipur’ to formally launch the government-in-exile- “The Manipur State Council”.

It's been 5 years since they announced self-declared independence, what did the central Govt. @PMOIndia or NIA @NIA_India do to these anti-Indians, separatists or secessionists?

However, the Kuki-Zo demand of UT with a legislator is under the purview of the Constitution of India
