@ElecHighway Best fire them and hire a new team as they are obviously not very competent. If you can only use one socket at a time due to the physical layout of the car park (Chieveley) then both chargers should have the option of one CCS and one CHADEMO.

@octopus_energy It probably is a complicated issue but there wasn't any response, not even an acknowledgement to the first email or the chaser I sent four days ago. It may just be me but I believe an acknowledgement in place of an answer is better than just no response.
