I don’t think I’ve the following but wouldn’t it be great if we could get #HappyBirthdayVikki trending in honour of my amazing retired guide dog Vikki who turns 13 today? Love you so much sweetheart. Every day spent with you is a pleasure and a privilege. Keep that tail wagging!
@GdVikki I made a snuffle mat for my previous dog out of old fleace cut up into stripes and a rubber mat with holes in which i bought online, she loved it
It’s really worrying to think that people genuinely don’t know how to spot a working guide dog who is wearing a yellow harness (here in the UK)
It gets really tiring having to always fight my corner and have to explain constantly that my dog is a guide dog.
This is one of the worst bits of #PavementParking I’ve come across in a while. There was no way I and my retired guide dog Vikki could get past this without having to go into the road to pass or cross over 😡 😡 👎
I want chocolate
But I’m still too anxious to go over to the shop.
This is the impact of access refusals. It’s not one refusal and it’s over: it’s a lasting effect you question everywhere you go. It shouldn’t be like this. I should just be able to go buy chocolate
Tonight I feel let down by @skytv Who announced that the Sky Plus App was being removed, as of 31 May, as a Blind customer I rely on this App to access my TV, Sky Accessibility have promised to get back to me, I’ve called 3 times without response #PoorShow#Fail

So @royalmailhelp it seems some of your staff don't understand the "Articles for the Blind" service. I sent some braille books to a friend on 28th November under the scheme and they were returned to us apparently owing payment yesterday!! Thats 4 months! It should be 1st class!
