@UK_Daniel_Card For a while I used to wake at 3am. It really annoyed me although I usually felt reasonably refreshed. Anyway, I had been putting my iphone on its side and it gave that cool looking red glow. I stopped doing that & now I don’t wake at 3. The insides of your noggin are strange.
