Bought a starter home for $290,000.

Locked in a 3.2% mortgage.

Payment was around $1,250.

Did everything people said you were supposed to do.

Then homeowners insurance renewed 62% higher.

Property tax assessment jumped 25%.

New escrow amount: +$510 a month.

Same house.

Same mortgage.

Same 3.2% interest rate.

Except now it costs over $6,000 MORE every year just to keep owning it.

🚨 $CRML × GREENLAND

Seeking Alpha is now highlighting Critical Metals as one of the Greenland-linked stocks surging after the new US-Denmark-Greenland security agreement.

$CRML jumped roughly 20% after hours Friday following the announcement.

And the timing is hard to ignore.

The new framework expands the US security presence in Greenland while restricting sensitive investment from U.S. adversaries like China and Russia.

Meanwhile, $CRML controls 92.5% of Tanbreez (one of Greenland’s largest rare earth deposits and a potential Western source of strategic heavy rare earths).

Important distinction: no new US funding, investment or government deal with CRML/Tanbreez has been announced.

But the market clearly noticed the geopolitical implications.

Tanbreez is sitting in an increasingly strategic piece of real estate.
