Sir, I am travelling to Ahmedabad by train no 22737. Railway authorities sent message to me at 1630 hrs IST (20-08-24) the said train is going by late 2hrs. After 2 hrs train is not arrived at platform till now.
I called @139, customer care didn't give reply.

NO Promotion in Group B,C Cadre in IMD,they are waiting for Promotion for more than 25 years in same cadre. Only Scientists (Group A) gets promoted regularly without any Research whatsoever.. WHAT A SHAME..!!
