@tjmaxx Why does the Midlothian Trpk store in Richmond—where I had the honor of cutting the ribbon—get the crappiest merchandise? No designer clothes or Sand & Fog oils like GA, FL, or TX. First month was great, but now it’s back to looking like the old mall location. Fix this!

@VirginiaDMV Since December 23rd, repeat calls to DMV are disconnected. It shouldn't take this long for my daughter to receive her renewed driver’s license. We have a trip scheduled next week, and her current license is expired. @JennMcClellanVA @SenatorHashmi can you help!

@HyundaiVirginia I've tried repeatedly to reach the GM or a manager for help with a vehicle, but Ms. Debbie can't assist and doesn't know the GM's name. I was told in writing a nearly $1K processing fee is just “dealer profit” and not for tags but for the people in the back.

The repair company that @Lowes on Laburnum uses are pieces of shit. They failed to show up at 915A as advised for an 82 year old woman that needs her refrigerator’s water line connected after they failed to properly deliver the fridge on Friday. Horrible is an understatement!
