@ScttBrdfd @BikeBoyCrimes @DanielAndrewsMP No it isn't. It's completely correct. Ibac has never investigated or probed a single aspect of this matter. VicPol did undertake a narrow internal review of one aspect. Ibac did not even examine the substance of this review. It signed off administratively.

Yes, it is an incredible achievement by the Bike Boy team, no question. However, why is the Labor appointed Bush passing it onto the Labor Planted IBAC, rather than simply arresting Andrews, right before Labor could possibly be kicked out of office in Victoria? Is it possible Labor want it cleaned up? We’ll see.

FINALLY a second and DAMNING report has been referred to IBAC by Victorian Police Chief Commissioner Mike Bush regarding the “Bike Boy” incident in Blairgowrie in which Daniel Andrews, or his wife Cath, hit a teenage boy on a bike, almost killing him, and then blamed the boy for the accident. Their behaviour around this accident and the cover up by police is APPALLING. It happened right before Daniel Andrews was elected premier for the first time.
