同一台 Mac、同一份权重、同样的输出，解码能快一倍左右。MTPLX，2.4k 星。

它没走「再挂一个 draft 小模型」那条路，用的是模型自己的 MTP 头：一次前向先把后面几个 token 猜出来，再批量验证，接受的按拒绝采样保留，所以输出分布跟正常解码一样。M5 Max 上跑 Qwen 3.8 Flash Next（125B MoE）实测 125.8 tok/s；16G 的 M4 Mac mini 上跑 9B，mtplx tune 走一遍从 14.4 爬到 23.0 tok/s。整体加速比官方给的数：1.6x（16G M4 mini）到 2.24x（M5 Max）。

纯 MLX 原生、只做 Apple Silicon，没有第二个模型来抢内存。起来之后是个 OpenAI / Anthropic 双兼容的本地接口，Claude Code、Hermes、Cursor、OpenCode 把 base_url 指到 127.0.0.1:8000 就能接。

坑有两个：Flash Next 那两版都要 96G 内存起步，4-bit 那份 115GB 下载、83GB 常驻，内存不够的下完也是白等；还有 Codex 0.146 默认带 web_search，它不给兜底直接返 400，得先把 hosted tool 去掉。
