🚨#ISPR 10 Terrorists Eliminated

▪️On 6 August 2026, ten khwarij belonging to Indian-sponsored Fitna-al-Khwarij were killed in two separate engagements in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province, Pakistan

▪️In first encounter, a group of Khwarij belonging to Indian Proxy, Fitna Al Khwarij attempted to attack Security Forces Check Posts in general area Azam Warsak, South Waziristan District. The attempt was effectively thwarted by own troops. During ensuing fire exchange, eight khwarij were sent to hell through effective and precise engagements by own troops.

▪️In another encounter that took place in Dir District, own troops successfully neutralized two more khwarij.

▪️Weapons and ammunition have also been recovered from killed Indian sponsored khwarij, who remained actively involved in numerous terrorist activities in the area.

▪️Sanitization operations are being conducted to eliminate any other Kharji found in the area, as relentless Counter Terrorism campaign under vision “Azm e Istehkam” (as approved by Federal Apex Committee on National Action Plan) by Security Forces and Law Enforcement Agencies of Pakistan will continue at full pace to wipe out the menace of foreign sponsored and supported terrorism from the country.

Prime Minister of Pakistan's Visit to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia 🇵🇰 🇸🇦

Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif will undertake an official visit to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia from 6-8 August 2026.

He will be accompanied by a high-level delegation comprising the Foreign Minister, the Chief of Army Staff & the Chief of Defence Forces, and other Ministers.

During the visit, the Prime Minister will meet with His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister of Saudi Arabia.

Discussions would focus on consolidating the Pakistan-Saudi Arabia bilateral relations as well as exchange of views on regional and international developments of mutual interest.

The visit marks Pakistan's longstanding partnership with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia anchored in decades of mutual trust, cooperation and brotherhood.

Although taking place against the backdrop of heightened tensions in the Gulf, the visit carries significance beyond the immediate crises and short-term considerations.

It will further strengthen bilateral relations, deepen strategic cooperation, enhance coordination on regional and international issues of mutual interest, and reinforce multilateral cooperation.

A high-level defence delegation of the Federal Republic of Somalia, led by H.E. Ambassador Ahmed Moallim Fiqi, Minister of Defence, called on Admiral Naveed Ashraf, NI, NI (M), T Bt, Chief of the Naval Staff at Naval Headquarters (NHQ), and Air Chief Marshal Zaheer Ahmed Baber Sidhu, NI (M), HJ, Chief of the Air Staff at Air Headquarters (AHQ), Islamabad.

At NHQ, key matters of mutual professional interest, regional maritime security and bilateral defence collaboration were discussed. The Chief of the Naval Staff reaffirmed Pakistan’s commitment to further strengthening defence ties with Somalia.

At AHQ, discussions focused on bilateral defence cooperation, professional collaboration and capacity building. The Chief of the Air Staff highlighted the Pakistan Air Force’s indigenous capability development, training and professional exchanges, reaffirming PAF’s commitment to supporting institutional cooperation with the Somali Air Force.

The Somali Defence Minister lauded the Pakistan Navy’s contributions to regional maritime security and the Pakistan Air Force’s professionalism and operational capabilities.
