@EyeforRetail_ Such a competitive category. Everything has to be pitch perfect ....or hugely well capitalised (which is the opposite of this thread).

Btw agree 1000% that lean is the correct mindset approach, but making it a biz or investable biz highly unlikely given competitive dynamics

But 99% wont be a business. Stock packaging and doing it all yourself just hands any value prop to the competitors/larger players.

CPG history is littered with small brands who couldn't keep it moving.
