Jev may have its (narrow) use cases but the hype you see around is the perfect representation of the fact the greatest part of the AI bubble don't know what is important and what is not. Jev is a minor thing happening on AI compared to all the rest, yet the hype exploded.
My first side project went live today. Built it for an internal need and now testing if it works as a standalone product.

@ShawkyMesbah InvoxZero started as a feature I need internally to manage invoices coming from providers. What I shipped is a very simple flow: create invoices, send them, track their status without a full accounting system. An AI "chat" (OpenAI) can help to create the invoice too.
@ShawkyMesbah yes, It crazy how fast it is.
In my company I usually use LLMs just as an assistant and double-check everything. With InvoxZero I went (almost) 100% vibe coding.
The energy in this room is just WOW! The gladiators at @TonyRobbins#BusinessMastery are learning ways to grow their businesses and enhance their lives. Im honored to share ideas about building fans and growing business!
Thrilled for @37signals to be the first corporate sponsor of Hyrpland! @vaxryy has built something incredibly special, and I think it's key we accelerate to offer developers an easy, compelling, and sexy-as-hell alternative to computing with Windows or macOS 🤘
You have all the time you need, you're just spending it poorly. Don't tell me you don't have time for Linux or kids OR BOTH. You have time for all of it once you stop filling your day with junk activities.

Reminds me of Jim Rohn’s quote:
"Don't wish it was easier, wish you were better. Don't wish for less problems, wish for more skills. Don't wish for less challenge, wish for more wisdom."
Loved this thread from Mark Suster on negotiation.
So much of it maps to what we deal with in enterprise sales, especially point 11/, which really hit home during a recent contract. Lawyers are there to flag risks, not make business decisions for you. Sometimes you’ve got to lean in, take the most calculated risk you can, and make the call to keep momentum.
Not easy. But necessary.
Some notes on Negotiations
1/ When you finish any complex deal you will feel fatigued and worn out. It sometimes feels hard to celebrate. The best deals feel this way. Complex negotiations require compromises. When both (or all) parties make concessions nobody feels great. Everybody felt like they gave more than they wanted. And all wish the other party would have folded easier. That’s the definition of a good negotiation
🧠 In your Lambda:
Inside the Lambda, you fetch user data from your DB and inject it into the token claims.
Your Lambda's IAM Role needs of course permissions to access your database (e.g., dynamodb:GetItem)
At Geowox, we needed finer control for each enterprise client over some API access than Cognito groups allowed.
Here's how we added custom scopes and claims (like role, org_id) to JWTs using a Pre Token Generation Lambda. 🧵👇
#aws#cognito#serverless
👣 Steps to set it up:
1) Go to Cognito > User Pool > (Your pool) > Settings
2) Enable the Essential Plan (required as options are only available for Essential and Plus)
3) On the left panel, navigate to Extensions > Add Lambda triggers
4) Choose Authentication > "Pre token generation trigger" and then "Basic features + access token customization for user and machine identities"
5) Select the lambda you’ve just created 👇
