I was watching this video by @RainmatterOrg about how Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad) cleaned up the Kham river in 5 years. It had become a sewage drain, and they turned it back into a flowing river. Made me think about especially of Delhi's air quality problem.
They mapped 249 waste entry points with drones and installed traps. Rerouted sewage to treatment plants and built new ones. Set up a facility for textile waste from factories. Cleaned the river and discovered springs that were buried under debris. Fixed waste collection across the city, removed 170 dump sites. The municipal commissioner joined weekend cleanups himself. Citizens showed up every Saturday. The key was stopping waste from entering the river in the first place, not just cleaning it.
If a smaller city can pull this off in 5 years with the municipal corporation, NGOs, and citizens working together, I was wondering if governments, businesses, NGOs, and citizens actually collaborate, can't they make a difference in Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, and many other cities where the Air quality is really bad.

Thereafter I have been following up for refund and despite several back and forth the refund has not been processed. Details of account has been shared and now documents are being asked as if I am a vendor.
Is this the way you conduct your affairs here??
Firstly the program was cancelled at short notice, we got email on 4th Jan about it and this was highly inconvenient for us (my niece was to attend who travelled from Prayagraj specially for it)
@HitachiAirConIn So this is how you resolve issues: i get a phonecall stating that the spare has arrived and we will come to install.... and within few minutes you close the service call in your system even before anyone visiting us for changing the PCB.
@HitachiAirConIn My breakdown complaints is open and pending since 23rd Apr why is there no auto escalation here. The service centre person 083685 52253 has been telling me that it will be done soon. How can a company like Hitachi not have the necesarry spares with them?
@HitachiAirConIn Fourth escalation .... despite assurance by Hitachi Customer Support Office (+917947563204) that the issue will be resolved on monday there is no movement yet and more than half of the day is gone. This is terrible customer after sales.
