YouTube suspended a channel I didn't touch in months for "reused content." An agent admitted nobody had reviewed my evidence before hand. I appealed, got denied. Then a "real" internal review sent a generic email saying to appeal, as if I never had.

It seems @TeamYouTube only reinstates large creators after they make enough noise on twitter. Even then they don't even do it properly.

But us smaller creators have to ask YouTube for weeks and months to restore us the monetization and the channels that they unfairly took from us.

Another day, another vlog. Another DM from @YouTube "Support" only to state their decision is final regardless of what they have said previously. Use of the word final unfortunately caused my mind to sink to dark places I would rather not go... I am fine though... One rule for you, another for me, ToS doesn't apply.

This is becoming ridiculous. YouTube says my content is “unsatisfying or off-putting,” but still hasn’t shown me a single scene, video, or timestamp that violates this policy. Meanwhile, my viewers continue to watch, support, and enjoy my films.I do not make AI slop. I write every script and every line of dialogue myself. I create the characters, build every scene, and edit everything. I showed my entire creative process in my appeal, yet I keep receiving the same templated responses instead of a clear explanation.
Now, $3,265 of my earnings is being withheld without one specific example of what I supposedly did wrong. The amount is exact so why isn’t the reason? I have followed YouTube’s rules from the beginning. @TeamYouTube, please give my channel a genuine human review, explain exactly what violated the policy, release my withheld earnings, and reinstate my monetization.

That channel reached 39,297 SUBSCRIBERS AND 10 MILLION VIEWS IN 5 MONTHS.

I put 5 MONTHS OF HARD ASS WORK into building that community.

TONS OF CLEAN VIDEOS. ALL REAL, ORIGINAL CONTENT.

I had a ROOKIE MISTAKE on my original channel with CTA incentive content. IT WAS NO HARM. You removed that channel with NO WARNING.

NO VIOLATIONS AFTER THAT ON MY 40K CHANNEL. Clean history. Advanced features approved.

Before using that channel, I asked your own Support team 3 TIMES IN THE SAME CHAT if I was allowed to.

THEY SAID YES.

I listened to your own team.

Then MAY 13TH, 2026.

Your platform went down. My uploads kept failing and appearing as UNTITLED UPLOADS. I kept trying for 20 MINUTES.

Then my 40K CHANNEL WAS TERMINATED FOR CIRCUMVENTION.

AFTER 5 MONTHS. AFTER 10 MILLION VIEWS. AFTER BUILDING THAT ENTIRE COMMUNITY. GONE.

And I have the proof.
