@pnbindia Now Mr. Ankesh has been transferred and switched off his contact no. The nrw manager joined approx. 2 months back and and told that the very 1st communication was done by the previous manager to higher officers on his last day of the tenure. After 18 months approx.

They treat Group B officers as slaves, primarily because they have designed an HR policy that deliberately restricts and ruins the careers of Group B officers, ensuring they never ascend to higher administrative positions. This severe discrimination fosters a culture where one cadre gangs up to suppress the subordinate cadre, becoming the root cause of corruption, VVIP culture, resource hoarding, arbitrary decision-making, unequal work distribution, and inefficiency within the department.

The VVIP culture must come to an end.

If a Guard of Honour is so essential, it should be conducted exclusively by IRS officers, as the @cbic_india seems to function “of the IRS, by the IRS, and for the IRS.”

The SHO haven't met even once despite several attempts. On the date of theft, his only advice was to shift from that area. @DCPWestDelhi @DelhiPoliceCom1
