Vigilance inquiries.
Investigations.
CBI pressure.
Career damage.

But when the professional who enabled the fraud is punished by the @theicai, the result is:

Just a one-year suspension.

One year later, The same CA can return to practice and start certifying financials again.

Amazing system.

If a banker commits fraud, jail is waiting.
But if someone enables fraud by signing fake balance sheets, just wait one year and restart.

Let’s be clear.

Most Chartered Accountants are ethical professionals. But the few who sign fake balance sheets for money are financial vultures.

And one-year punishment for enabling crores of bank fraud is not accountability.

It’s simply a break before the next fraud. ⚠️
