On the back of all the unlawful conduct surrounding the #RoboDebt and #PWC scandals, and/or the now emerging sordid affair and eyewatering $3M in compensation for an alledged sexual assult inside Australia's Parliament House, then I would welcome you all to please read this Treasury Submission (https://t.co/Uo8rokB1dl) and its associated References A and B, because if you do so, then you may come to appreciate that the @AlboMP Government, in quick succession after the Morrision Government before it, has not only condoned 30-40 years of malfeasance by the Commonwealth Superannuation Corporation and that of the Australian Taxation Office, but aided & abetted by its bureaucratic functionaries the Government continues to be complicit in conspiring against severely disabled retirees by misleading the @AuSenate & Parliament about the unfounded "policy intent" and unlawful garnishing of taxes levied against the superannuation invalidity accounts of approximately 32,000 medically retired public sector retirees, 10,000 of whom are #Veterans.

As you will read, if the proposed law passes, then the already accumulated but unpaid rights of 32,000 retirees will be forever denied, as will the prospective rights of all those who currently contribute to such schemes, where in an unfortunate event, contributors may equally fall prey to severe illness and/or injury in future.

Sadly, instead of taking the moral high ground and accepting this massive error, the @AlboMP Government is trying to hoodwink Parliament into contemplating and accepting legislation that serves to permanently enshrine “THEFT” into law as a means of escape & evasion, purely because the Government doesn’t want to accept the financial liability associated with one of Australia's largest errors in Public Administration - an error that far exceeds the financial liability associated with #Robodebt.

If the reader is amenable, then I would ask all seekers of "Truth & Justice" to share/retweet this tweet (tagging all Federal Senators in your State/Territory please), as an expression of your deep concern that a “fairgo” must be extended and prevail for all those who are gravely ill and/or have been severely injured and classified “Totally & Permanently Incapacitated” in service to our great country – Australia.

If the Government succeeds in this devious ploy, then it will surely spell doom for democracy as we know it, because it will demonstrate that the rule of law and separation of power is exploitable, and that for any Government so emboldened, then the underpinnings of democracy can be compromised forevermore by any nefarious political purpose so desired.

With the foregoing in mind, I thank all in advance for your equal sense of umbrage and for any help that you can muster to publically prosecute this highly egregious matter, for the benefit of all concerned.
