@AmazonHelp I can see that both late packages have arrive to Colorado and are expected for delivery shortly; however, I will departing CO before they arrive. I need them to now make their way to Chicago. Can you please help with this?

@AmazonHelp Correct. The original guaranteed date was missed (2x in a row for orders!). When I spoke to CS this AM, they promised UPS would reroute to a new state & to look out for email confirm. No email came. I called again & CS said rerouting to a new state was not possible. What to do?

Big customer service bummer @AmazonHelp. You tell me you will contact UPS to redirect a package YOU guaranteed (I didn't do biz with UPS), but during my second call with your help line it's discovered that NO, in fact this didn't happen. #CUSTOMERSERVICEFAIL

Question for @Amazonhelp Prime customer service: if you “guarantee” a shipment by a certain date, then send a shipment alert w/a NEW & LATER date, shouldn’t you at least apologize and recognize this is an issue? Tsk tsk. Recognition & Reassurance are key to trust. #amazonprime
