Lost access to tweetdeck, so i created my own version at https://t.co/Z2uMbGy6HG .
Dont think many people use tweetdeck anymore (it's now known as x pro), but it used to be a boon for twitter obsessives like me. Made it very easy to follow different topics in a single tab, instead of having to open dozens of them.
i was so reliant on tweetdeck that when X put it behind a paywall, i even took up an x premium plan (~Rs 400 p.m.) to continue having access to it.
But a few months back, x pro access was moved to a higher tier premium plus plan that costs ~5 times more. I had enough.
Created a basic version that 'surfaces' the most popular tweets from my favourite lists. I'll continue adding features, but for the way i use twitter now, 1-2 hours after dinner when i catch up on what's happened throughout the day, it's good enough.
Saw this in Jiomart today. A floor cleaner 'Gonyle' whose primary ingredient is distilled cow urine. Let me repeat that: Distilled cow urine. So you clean your floor by first dipping your mop in pee. Number 1. Susu. How did we end up in this timeline? How did we go so backward?
When it first came out, Gemini CLI was so good! I'm guessing it's still good for those on Google Ultra plans or accessing via the API. Everyone else has been de-prioritised. Google couldnt handle the demand that came with Gemini 3 & ultimately people got frustrated with the slow responses.
For a model/harness that's 3rd choice behind Codex and Claude Code, people need reasons to continue using it. Google stopped giving them those reasons. Mind you i still use the Gemini app a lot and the web UI. But i dont use it for coding anymore :(
@pvncher@matanSF@erd0xbc i've given up on gemini. i have a google ai pro subscription, but can never use gemini 3.1 pro for more than 5-10 min in gemini cli. The model just stops responding after that. Seems they're prioritizing higher tier google AI ultra subscribers. Shifted to codex and gpt 5.4 now.
@qtnx_@MHablich@piniwit@b_roziere oh think there's been a misunderstanding here. Michael takes care of chrome devtools mcp for google. And there are no instructions on their github page on how devtools mcp can be added to mistral vibe. So michael was just looking to connect with someone at Mistral to correct that
A line of people near my home waiting for LPG cylinders. This is giving me real demonetisation vibes now. And look at the people who are standing in line. The shortage is affecting every section of society now.
Great. Have to drop ghostty as my terminal because of this. What am i supposed to do now? Go back to terminator like it's 2015? On a serious note, what that guy Guillermo did at the height of the Gaza genocide is still fresh in people's minds. How people dont see any problems in associating with him and his company, i have no idea.
Today i learned bears and dogs have a common ancestor? Discovered this in the Scientific American article "Why are bears friend-shaped?" 🙂
