Injustice for Aspirants in J&K! While most states like UP, MP, Rajasthan, Bihar etc set the upper age limit for State Administrative Services at 35-40 years, J&K caps it at just 32. Thousands of careers hang in the balance. @OmarAbdullah, urgent review needed to ensure fairness!
After spending a week writing an article on J&K’s new reservation policy and its impact, no one was willing to publish it. So, I’m sharing it here with you all on Twitter. Why is there such resistance against discussing general category concerns?
We belong to a generation that has faced and seen the worst. From the turmoil of 2008 to the unrest in 2010 and 2016, the floods of 2014, the events of 2019, and the impact of COVID-19 in 2020, we have experienced profound difficulties.
And in the end, these reservation rules completely murdered us and our dreams.
Please save our tribe🙏

Pooja Khedkar (IAS 2023 batch) allegedly faked her disability certificate to get into IAS.
If this is true then it raises serious concerns about UPSC recruitment process.
📢 Puja Khedkar’s abuse of power is appalling. VIP number plate, red beacon on a private Audi, snatching Pune collector’s chamber, and allegedly faking a disability certificate. Her father’s IAS legacy and this quota misuse is an insult to merit. When the authority is shit !!
The demand of these Aspirants is genuine, considering the holistic view. If the dept proceeds with joining of VLW's before Finance Accounts Assistants, it will result in double loss. First the loss of trained officer's then the loss that so many posts will remain vacant
