I have upgraded my SC CC to Super value titanium in the month of June.
It was promised that i would be getting a 1500/- rs welcome rewards for the joining fees of 750/-..
The joining fees is paid.
90 days, and i have contacted SC center, no response..

I had paid my broadband bill payment via Airtel app, but the transaction is still in progress after 7 days and the money is debited from my credit card..
No response from support team.
Pathetic support.

Products are very bad, i had purchased a ups, within 7 months it stopped working. No customer support.
I should prefer to buy from branded ones like resonate

I am a HDFC Credit Card Customer since 5-6 years, suddenly charges of Rs. 1000 + Gst has been debited from my credit card without any prior intimation.
I request you to refund the same or close my card otherwise I have to escalate this.#disappointed
