AVAX has done an amazing job technically—subnets, AWS partnerships, enterprise integrations. Honestly, it’s one of the best-built ecosystems out there. But let’s face it: users and liquidity are king. You can build world-class highways, but if no Ferraris drive on them, or worse, junk cars wear them down, it’s all for nothing.

As someone who has been developing on @avax for years and running a node, I’ve seen both its strengths and its flaws. Last cycle, there was very little support for projects. Developers were literally begging for retweets and likes from the official account, while certain projects like @penguin_defi were heavily promoted. Look where PEFI is now: gone. Meanwhile, unsupported projects still have loyal communities trying to keep the ecosystem alive. That imbalance hurt builders and, honestly, the network itself.

Things have definitely improved since @aytunc took over @avalanchefdn. Initiatives like meme token rewards, AVAX airdrops, and the focus on GameFi show promise. The meme rewards, in particular, sparked real conversations and drew attention to the network. These are the kinds of moves that connect with the market’s pulse.

Marketing is another story. Turkey, for instance, could’ve been a goldmine. With Emin being Turkish, they could’ve leaned into a "local pride" narrative. Imagine ads saying "Yerli ve milli (made by turks)" or a rumor that the red and white in the logo came from the Turkish flag 😅
It would’ve gone viral! But instead, it feels like they intentionally avoided that angle, maybe out of some unnecessary neutrality complex.

Here’s the thing: Avalanche has the best tech, no doubt about it. But in crypto, people aren’t here for just tech; they want hype, opportunity, and momentum. Solana embraced this reality—they became the go-to network for NFTs and meme tokens, even if it meant being labeled as a "casino." It worked. They owned that narrative and gave people what they wanted.

Long-term, I think AVAX will shine when blockchain truly integrates into everyday life. But for now, it needs to adapt or risk missing this cycle’s wave.

Your recent initiatives keep failing.
At the end of 2023, you mentioned embracing Memes (created @CultureOnAvax), now focusing on a technical upgrade and GameFi, thats all?
Liquidity decides the winner.

Why aren’t you communicating or supporting your projects?
@StructFinance recently died, and you didn’t back them actively.

Marketing in countries in general is lame, including Turkey and the CIS, just focusing on LATAM.
Bullish news has stopped affecting the chart at all, as if the Market Maker only works to maintain liquidity.

What future narratives do you see? Are you looking to compete in layers 1-2, or will you fade away like EOS, Cardano, or XRP?
