@KnightSavory @passportwaiting Mine was marked as being processed on 16th Feb, approved 23rd March, printed 26th March & was apparently sent today but not showing on TNT tracking. I'm supposed to be travelling on Wednesday! Applied at the end of Jan & spoke to someone before I sent it off, they said 4-5 weeks

@HM_Passport Is there anything you can do to help @iainastewart? Supposed to be travelling next week, the trip of a lifetime for my kids who lost their dad last year & now facing the real possibility that we can't go. So upsetting & entirely preventable. Passport service is a shambles!

Taking my children to Disneyland next week after losing their dad last year. Stressful & gutted that we might not be going now
