@AskUSBank opened a checking account for $500 bonus offer in July, met the minimum requirement direct deposit, 60 days passed, no money! 7 phone calls, 1.5 months later, still no money! My wife did the same account and she got her bonus but I didn’t!

@TheOfficialSBI all of a sudden my online banking started saying user ID deactivated from yesterday! Called Helpdesk and only thing they say is go to branch! Open a ticket 89285099 that will apparently take 10 (?!?) days to resolve! Can’t imagine we are in 2022!
