Not sure how things are evolving with the Claude Code and Codex apps, but @cursor_ai's Agents window is starting to feel really nice to use. The only annoyance for me is that both editor and agents windows are launched form the same app, so I can't cmd+tab between them.
@stitchbygoogle I can only see this being useful if there is some sort of integration with existing design tokens. I've already got my variables set up in CSS files and have to manually keep Figma variables in sync with them. This seems to add a third place for me to sync variables to.
@ericzakariasson@khandrewone ok but how do I open glass now? i had it opened, then closed it. when I open cursor now, I just see the vscode forked IDE.
@madsviktor But I think it’s going to be a hard transition for “UX designers” that never concerned themselves with the actual production of software. I think they will need to adapt or otherwise they will become obsolete.
@madsviktor Same really. I think all 3 roles will converge over time. I think product designers are well setup for a future where technical ability is less important.
I could probably have build this pre AI. But I would have spent an unjustifiable amount of time on it. Now I can build it in less than an hour. Increasing quality and polish is what gets me most excited about AI development.
