They should have sent out and email and then more people would have seen it. I'm just thankful I didn't get disconnected. They took £60 from my account though for 2 top ups I didn't request.

@edfenergy wow you really love making people's lives a misery. Could not topup our meter after you failed to let any of your customers the site was going to be down. Then today we have had three 'AUTO TOP UPS' go from our bank account. Least we were not cut off like many others!!
