What a shame, only my 3rd box from @HelloFreshUK and @DPDgroup_news didn’t even bother to ring my doorbell before deciding that a refuse bin was the ideal place to deliver a parcel of food. Both companies had poor customer service and I’m still awaiting a call from a manager!
