Are you holding a year to refi or more on average? Traditional banks doing the lending? Lots of questions

As long as the dollars for dollars match on his 1031, he’s got an asset and a boatload of cash coming his way. Not saying it’s the smartest move, but depreciation write off and tax free cash. There’s a strategy for everything.
@realEstateTrent You get an asset and defer taxes. The asset will appreciate much better than the cash in hand. Forces you to grow. No too bad, but just my opinion.
