@AmazonUK you need something better than the OTP for expensive item delivery. All it does is signals to the delivery driver that there is something of value in the package, and confirms that a package, regardless of contents, has been handed to the customer.

@McDonaldsUK ordered 2 bacon roll meals this morning, got what looked like a kids meal. Apparently regular bacon rolls are not available and you're testing this new one. Given I was charged almost the same price, you can keep it! Got a refund and gone elsewhere #ripoff

@NinjaKitchenUK Our Ninja Woodfire Pro Connect XL got damaged in some high winds and the power inlet cover, highlighted, was damaged. We've only used it once and I'm wondering, is it possible to replace this as it looks riveted, if so can CS help with a new part?

@OctopusEnergy Hi, I've had to remove my car/charger from the app due to problems with the app but now when I've gone to add it back in the app says the car or charger is not supported. Car is a BMW ix1 xdrive 30 2022 and the charger is a Pod Point Solo 7 kWh. Any ideas please?

@Tesco really disappointed that your finest sausages and burgers are now only available gluten free. Accidently picked a pack up in a last shop and they tasted awful. If you're going to do gluten free at least offer an alternative please.

@McDonaldsUK quality control is spot on tonight at the Bidston Moss Wallasey restaurant. Ordered a double Big Mac and got a regular one in a Double Big Mac box 🤣 Never anything right from this restaurant 🙄
